When the big meets the little, they both feebly attempt to become one another, with the big shrinking and the little swelling. The dance is an awkward contortion consisting of social missteps, some guttural growls, a bit of snorting and lots of preening. The whole ordeal resembles the peculiar mating dances performed by our first cousins the lower mammalians.
