Description
JG as he was known to his friends, had an amusing habit of talking to lizards. Chameleons, skinks , knob-scaled Diploglossa, American legless lizards geckos, Iguania, agamas, anoles, casquehead, collared, and leopard lizards comprised his audience. He spoke to them mostly in English but occasionally would intersperse phrases in his native tongue of Gaelic. JG seemed to use the word insecto frequently if not exclusively.
